A woman on the other hand is very conscious of her appearance, and when she has a chance to really look into herself, she finds that she has a whole person there, the beauty that never ceases to amaze her. The way she looks at herself, her voice, her facial expressions, and her gestures speak volumes about her inner beauty. The type of people she meets and the men she meets who consider her to be beautiful are what define her worthiness. If you ever get a chance to meet a woman with this kind of confidence and self-esteem, you will probably never forget it.

Check your local college or university for a technical writing certificate program. Look at the faculty of the program to confirm you are being taught by professionals in the field or working content writers who are familiar with the demands of the writing industry. Certificate programs can be beneficial for writers who are new to content writing or technical writing.[6]
With the widespread media attention garnered by Bitcoin, some people have concluded that the popularity of cryptocurrency is here to stay. However, as with many other emerging technologies, it is still difficult to know whether or not the general public will embrace this new technology. The basic premise of cryptocurrency is that you can transfer value, sometimes referred to as “money,” between yourself and a third party without paying fees. Because the currency is valued in fractions of a dollar, each fraction of a dollar (the unit) has a greater value than a standard currency unit.
White papers. Not like the government ones though. White papers tend to be 1,500-2,500 words and are informative, educational documents that explain the origins of a problem and how it might be solved. Often that solution will be linked to what the client sells, but the majority of the white paper will be objective and useful. These tend to be gated behind a form, and are used for lead-capture.
Interesting topic you write about here. Having worked extensively with copywriting and content marketing, I agree that it’s important to differentiate them. I think that content marketing is much broader than the written word, however. Content marketing concerns all types of content and media, including video, infographics, podcasts, webinars, etc. It also involves strategy, planning and, importantly, metrics. With top management demanding more and more that marketing demonstrates its worth, it’s vital that marketing efforts and results are analysed and measured. This is one of the areas of content marketing that sets it apart from traditional company-centric marketing. Copywriting is certainly a vital skill for effective content marketing, but a lot of other skills are required too.
Great article. I love how you always give simple examples. I have learned from another institution that teaches what you teach, but in a different way. What you are repeatedly telling people is to avoid proclamation, and instead give information. You cant beat people over the head with your marketing message. The goal is to present information in a way that they form the conclusion you want to convey in their minds. That way it is their assumption, not your assertion. The difference between the two approaches is everything.
The idea of life insurance being an investment that allows you to build wealth can be a good one. Not only does it allow you to live comfortably with the funds you have set aside for the future, but also means that you have to put money away in the form of a policy. When you have a plan for when you might need these funds, they will give you some peace of mind when they come up.

Having a persona means you have an idea of the audience you are speaking to. This will influence the tone you present and the context of the content itself. When writing a blog, imagine you are sat in front of someone in a café, telling them some information that you feel would help them. How would you phrase things? How would you keep them engaged in the conversation?
One benefit of trading in currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum is that these cryptocurrencies are not tied to any government. Therefore, trading them does not need to be supported by a central bank. In fact, it is possible to speculate on the currencies using your broker without ever setting foot outside of your home. Unlike stocks and bonds, which are subject to government regulation, cryptocurrencies are exempt from such intervention.

2. The introduction to the section version is just an introduction, doesn’t have a call to action in it, and you can load this on your website for your subscribers and members of your tribe who already like your content. You can either host this on Youtube and make the video unlisted (that way it won’t be found on YouTube), or you could host it somewhere like Amazon S3 and use Flowplayer. OR you could create a high def version and give your tribe the opportunity to download it.
Thanks for sharing this, Henneke. We’ve been making a big push lately to cut out the “fluff” in our copy, and the results have been outstanding. Will have to give some more of these tips a try — especially with our testimonials! I think most folks are hard-wired to give you the glowing testimonial, because they think it’s what will help you the most, and the linked story about asking the right questions is awesome.

Most product descriptions on e-commerce websites are full of mumbo jumbo. You’re already doing better than most if not each description is mumbo jumbo. 🙂 Most of us get tired of writing product descriptions after some time, and that’s when the mumbo jumbo sneaks in, because we can’t think of anything else to say anymore. Try not to write one category in one go, but jump around from category to category. That usually helps to keep it fresh. 🙂
Search engine optimization (SEO) copywriting is the use of keywords to generate leads and higher traffic. Sometimes it is called SEO copywriting or web content writing. There are many important factors involved in the writing of content for search engines and people have to be aware of them. This is the most effective way to get your website noticed by search engines and people who visit your site.
In any case, you need to think about your user’s intent before you start writing, simply because an informative text is written differently from a persuasive text. The language you’ll use when writing an informative text should be clear and focused, whereas persuasive language will usually be very positive, with more focus on the reader. And amusing texts tend to use more informal language, wordplay or exaggerations.
Use an existing degree to get into content writing. An English degree, or other writing and reading focused degree, can be used to get into content writing, especially if you feel you have strong writing skills. Consider how well you did in your English classes, writing essays, book reports, and other assignments. Would you be willing to spend hours a day writing on a variety of topics for an employer? Could your existing writing skills translate into more professional writing for an employer?[8]
While writing, use the structure you created in the preparation phase as an outline and write the paragraphs according to that plan. Make sure you write clear paragraphs. Start each paragraph with the most important sentence, then explain or elaborate on it. Your readers will be able to grasp the most important content from your article, by just reading the first sentences of your paragraphs.
Marketing automation software, like HubSpot, integrates your website with your blog, social media, search engine and email marketing. These tools use landing pages and CTAs to nurture leads more effectively and convert them into customers. Integrated analytics allow you to accurately measure the success and ROI of your marketing campaigns, as well as tweak them to improve conversions. Ultimately, this allows sales and marketing to work together more closely, setting and assessing goals based on hard data.
Ideally, you’ll have somebody to edit your writing. If you’re responsible for writing and editing your web content, don’t do both in the same day. When the writing is still fresh, your mind will automatically make up the gaps in your copy and your editing will be subpar. Instead, put it away and come back to it another day — or at least several hours later.
