return of the car search

so whats it been, like five months since i last updated? yeah.. times have been busy. so busy, that i'm not even going to go into a ton of detail filling you in whats been going on...

basically, my life has been basically working, watching football, going to football games, updating fantasy football and occaisonally chasing winston (the pug) around and cleaning up his accidents.

but thats not why i'm writing this entry.. oh no. i'm writing this entry because i have yet again revived the search for a new vehicle. this time, its personal!

after originally saving and saving, changing my mind a bunch of times, and blowing my money on purchasing a house which is a huge waste of money by the way, i've finally reached a point where i can continue car shopping.

this time i'm headed in the truck/SUV route so that i can haul stuff around.. which basically means that erika wants to buy stuff for the house and we have no way to haul it around, and like the wonderful, kind, loving, affectionate, compromising (and i do mean compromising) husband that i am, i have decided to let her have her way.

now that thats out of they way, i can safely say that i've decided to go and test drive a 2007 Nissan Xterra. its a pretty beefy rig sporting a whopping 261 horsepower engine (the same as the 350Z), plenty of room on the interior, and the price is very economical. i'll have a more refined opinion following the test-drive tomorrow..
